Spring 2026: New Seasonal Single-Origins

SA Artisan Roasting | February 2026 | 7 min read

Every season brings new harvests from different coffee-growing regions around the world, and spring 2026 is particularly exciting. We have sourced three exceptional new single-origin coffees and created a limited-edition spring blend that we are thrilled to share with our community.

Kenya Nyeri AA

This lot from the Nyeri region of Kenya is one of the most complex coffees we have tasted in years. Grown at 1,800 meters above sea level and fully washed, it exhibits brilliant acidity reminiscent of blackcurrant and grapefruit, with a juicy body and a long, sweet finish. We are roasting it light to preserve its extraordinary brightness and complexity. Best enjoyed as a pour-over or AeroPress.

Peru Cajamarca Organic

This certified organic coffee from the Cajamarca region of Peru was produced by a cooperative of 200 small-holder farmers. It has a gentle, approachable flavor profile with notes of milk chocolate, dried apricot, and almond. Medium body, clean finish, and beautifully balanced. A perfect everyday coffee that also works wonderfully in espresso. We are roasting it to a medium level.

Indonesia Sumatra Mandheling

For lovers of bold, earthy coffee, our new Sumatra Mandheling is a must-try. Wet-hulled processing gives this coffee its characteristic heavy body and low acidity, with intense flavors of dark chocolate, cedar, and tobacco with a hint of tropical fruit. We are taking it to a medium-dark roast to emphasize its body and earthy complexity. Excellent in French press.

Spring Blossom Blend (Limited Edition)

Our roaster created this limited blend to capture the feeling of a San Antonio spring morning. It combines the brightness of our Kenya Nyeri with the sweetness of the Peru Cajamarca, resulting in a cup that is both lively and comforting. Notes of stone fruit, honey, and jasmine make it a truly special coffee. Available while supplies last in 12oz bags at our roastery and online.
